DRE LEGISLATION BEFORE CONGRESS
H.R. 3922 is a bill before Congress which has the potential to greatly assist the DRE program. The goals of this bill include providing millions in Federal dollars for drug impaired driving enforcement and training, bring the DRE program to all 50 states, and to have at least 10% of all officers and prosecutors trained in this field.
